We are excited to offer a legal option to the Front Range Tiny House landscape here in Colorado. The Town of Arriba, CO allows you and your family to live in your Tiny House on Wheels year-round. Our Community offers 33 Pads (20 - 60” x 60” and 13 - 50” x 70”) full hookups (50A Electric Service, Water and Sewer) based on availability.

Can I Rent a Tiny House? Unfortunately No, our Community is (BYOTH) Bring Your Own Tiny House.
Can I bring my DIY Tiny House? Yes, as long as it look appealing and is well-kept.
Can I put a Tiny House on a Pad and rent it out? No, there is no subletting for Members of the Community.
Do you have any Discounts? Yes, if you are looking to have a Tiny House built for you, our sister company BHV Adventures can build you one and you receive $100 off of your Pad payment per month. More info in the "Partners" dropdown.
Can I do what I want on my Tiny House Pad? Within reason, you are allowed to develop your Pad in a sightly manner as long as it is well kept and maintained. We want to set a good example for future developments in other towns and counties as we grow.
Can I have 2 Tiny Houses on my Pad to accommodate my family? Short answer, Yes, we can help you develop your Pad to accommodate your needs. (There may be additional ongoing costs to account for utilities though.)
